That contract — not this website — constitutes the binding agreement for any roofing project. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the signed contract prevails.
Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods will be outlined in your written project contract. John J Wagler Roofing does not process payments through this website.
Warranty terms for workmanship and materials will be specified in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, acts of nature, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Cancellation terms are outlined in your signed project contract. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may be subject to restocking fees or partial charges for work already performed.
John J Wagler Roofing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or interior damage caused by pre-existing roof conditions not disclosed prior to work beginning.
John J Wagler Roofing maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request prior to any work beginning.
